Join the crew
We’re a small team that makes a lot of films. If you care about craft and like working with people who do too, we’d like to hear from you.
01
Real films
Every role here works on broadcast commercials, music videos and festival films, not decks and mood boards.
02
One house
Production, post and colour sit under one roof, so you see the work from first treatment to final grade.
03
Fair pay, fair hours
Published rates for freelancers, overtime that’s paid and turnaround that’s respected.
Don’t see your role? We always want to meet gaffers, grips, ACs and editors.
